The industrial band printer machine is a high-speed UV printing equipment developed for the packaging industry. It utilizes a high-strength textile conveyor belt feeding system, enabling stable handling of adhesive-coated fabrics, non-woven materials, and other substrates that are difficult to adhere firmly to conventional belts. Equipped with four Ricoh G6 printheads, the system achieves a maximum printing speed of up to 280 m²/h.

The system employs Ricoh G6 high-precision industrial inkjet technology to achieve 2-point text printing on textile guide tapes. It supports printing on various canvas types, including oil canvases and cotton-linen fabrics—particularly those with textured edges. The UV ink dries instantly upon application, ensuring stable and efficient performance. The solution is environmentally friendly, odorless, and highly weather-resistant.

Advertising Industry

UV-guided tape products are compatible with various advertising materials, particularly woven fabrics. For materials that cannot be vacuum-pressed flat—such as linen, mesh fabric, or woven textiles—the textured surface of the tape is coated with a specialized adhesive. This design ensures smooth handling of printed media with frayed edges, effectively preventing print defects caused by fabric edges and protecting the print head.

Textile Industry

For textile fabrics, the ribbon printer can produce various materials including cotton, linen, and synthetic fibers. Its UV ink technology eliminates the need for layering, enabling high-precision printing of blended fabrics without requiring complex pre-treatment processes like sizing or post-processing color fixation.
